Nelis Law was established in 1996 in Purcellville, Virginia to provide the highest quality legal service to individuals and businesses - both large and small - in Loudoun County.  Since that time the firm has expanded to include regional and national clients.

Nelis Law focuses on land use approvals, land conservation easements, estate planning, energy law, and civil litigation.  The firm represents a wide array of clients, including small businesses, real estate developers, energy companies, and commercial and residential landowners.

Nelis Law has housed its sister company, Western Valley Title Agency Inc. for 25 years.  Western Valley Title is licensed by Chicago Title to offer title insurance.  Our lawyers work closely with Western Valley Title, which ensures continuity of services for the complex matters confronting our real estate clients.
